We had so many wonderful and special experiences i We had so many wonderful and special experiences in Oaxaca. What really put everything over the top though was the incredible group that we brought with us to Oaxaca! It was a group with passion, knowledge, curiosity and energy. It was an absolute pleasure to travel and experience #randtoaxaca2020 with everyone who joined us! On the last night of #randtoaxaca2020 we put our c On the last night of #randtoaxaca2020 we put our chef ( @lempka_gram ) and others to “work” making salsas (as we had earlier put the bartenders on our trip to “work” leading the teams in our cocktail workshop/competition. We had a suitably wonderful traditional Mixtecan dinner from @olgacabreraoropeza and her team @tierradelsolrestaurante to bring this tour to a close. 🇲🇽 Tetelas, garnachas, tamales de elite, tlayudas 🇲🇽 #huachimole : lechón horneado en mole de chile costeño y huajes criollos. 🇲🇽 Chile Relleno Mixteco - Chile de agua relleno de picadillo de res y puerco, capeados y ahogados en salsa afrutada 🇲🇽 Mole Mixteco - Corte de guajolote criollo bañado en mole Mixteco receta de la abuela Chonita

We love including top shelf cocktail workshops in We love including top shelf cocktail workshops in our tours. Thanks to @akawinegeek @delmagueymezcal @puroburrosf and @ofrendaoaxaca the one we had for #randtoaxaca2020 was sensational. It mixed free-flowing top flight #singlevillagemezcals with incredible cocktails made by Steve Olson & Eric Giardina. To top the workshop off, we had divided into three groups of four people for a friendly cocktail competition in which each group devised and made original shaken, and stirred cocktails using Del Maguey Single Village Mezcales and produce we had bought at the market in Ocotlan. It was so much fun doing it that I don’t have any photos of the actual competition! 🇲🇽 We owe a huge, huge thank you to @akawinegeek and the entire team @delmagueymezcal for their incredible #hospitality and going so far above and beyond to introduce our group to so many of the wonders of #mezcal and of Oaxaca, insights we could not have had in any other way. Stigibeu!

Well this was certainly not the year that we anticipated, but we are hopeful that everyone is safe and doing ok. As we continue to make adjustments on future tour plans, please know that your best interest is in our heart and we want to make wise decisions. Once the world is clear for takeoff, you know that we will be gearing towards a bright future. Please be safe and we miss you all.

Doc, the wife and I are interested in Japanese seafood (and I've learned they have made quite a run on whiskey!)…supposedly Tokyo has a high number of Michelin 3 restaurants…or Cork, Ireland… best wishes for a quick return to touring

Still want to make a Scotland tour.

Can’t wait to see what you come up with next.

We just can say Thank you very much. ..some people pass by your life. Some people pass by your home. Some people give you amazing memories and then, became part of our family. It was a unique experience which we hope to repeat in the near future. "Mi casa es tu casa". Maria, Gorka & Heidi.
P.D: I am not as friendly as Gorka does. When I don't like someone I just say hello and go away. I was with ye all the time and that means something. Guys, ye have a place to come and a house in Ireland.

Awesome write up. My tripod a life time. Hope I can make it back there some day! Agree I loved Dingle and the visit with Gorka and María Recio
