On every Rascal + Thorn tour we explore where the best product comes from. Join Doc Sconz and Don Lee, a sherry/cocktail master from Existing Conditions in NYC, as we visit a variety of Andalusia’s glorious Sherry houses.

These include Tradición, which also houses it’s own, world-class art museum. We will try different styles directly from the casks and learn what makes these wines so unique and wonderful.

On this culinary insights tour we get to experience how they are made, their different styles and magnificent flavors.

Exquisite Seafood

Andalusia has some of the finest seafood in the world and we will search out the best, including Aponiente, the 3 star Michelin seafood temple that is changing how seafood is eaten.

This will be just one of the great culinary experiences that will uncover the seafood paradise that is found in Southern Spain.

The Iberian Pig

Andalusia is home to some of the finest Iberian pork in Spain, which means some of the finest pork anywhere.

We will visit a top producer of Jamon Iberico de bellota from the pigs free-ranging through the acorn strewn dehesa, through the production of the finest pork products in the world.

On this Rascal + Thorn trip, we will experience this incredible delicacy all the way from field to table.

The $4495 price per person is based on double occupancy.  A deposit of $1495 is due to secure a place on the trip. Reservations are taken on a first-come / first-serve basis.

If you are a single and wish to share a room we will make every effort to make this happen, but it is not guaranteed.  The single supplement cost for this trip is $700 if you have your own room.

Final payment is due 60 days prior to the start of the tour.
