Incredible Dining
Barcelona is famous for its cuisine and we highlight the best chefs and restaurants in the city. From Albert Adria and his restaurant group to the trio of chefs at Disfrutar, the legacy of elBulli is some of the best cuisine in the world.
On this culinary insights tour we get to see how these chefs create the art and cuisine that makes Barcelona so special.
Unique Excursions
On every Rascal + Thorn tour we explore where the best product comes from. Our excursions in Barcelona include learning about the elBulli creative process from some of those most involved in it, a guided visit to elBulli itself to learn about its next iteration, a visit to learn firsthand about the “Bulligrafia,” a Vermut tasting, an elBulli-style cocktail workshop, market tours and many other treats.
We also include cultural and historical visits to round out the experience of the city and where these chefs perform.
The Team
Rascal + Thorn is working closely with the Albert Adria team to design a once-in-a-lifetime experience in Barcelona. Interaction with the chefs is a key component to our tours makes for a truly special week for all.
Dr. John Sconzo considers Barcelona his home away from home and traveling there with him as your guide provides a new lens in which to experience Barcelona for the truly special place that it is.
