Chef Brad Kilgore

Chef Brad Kilgore, from restaurants Alter and Brava in Miami, has been named one of Food & Wine’s best new chefs in 2016.  From Lenexa, KS, chef Kilgore has previously worked in Chicago at L2O, Alinea and Boka.  Eater.com named Alter one of the ’21 Best New Restaurants of 2016′.

We are super-excited to have chef Kilgore come to Saratoga Springs to be our first guest chef in the Rascal + Thorn Dinner Series.

Special Evening

With only 30 guests per evening, our dinner party in Saratoga Springs will be in an intimate setting where chef Kilgore will be in plain sight working up his magic for us all.
