Chef Patrick Roney
Chef Patrick Roney is the Chef de Cuisine at Ashbourne Farms in La Grange, KY. He recently worked as the Executive Chef at Harvest in Louisville, KY, a true farm-to-table restaurant where 80% of the ingredients were sourced from within 100 miles. Prior to Harvest, Chef Roney was the Chef de Cuisine at the Oak Room in the Seelbach Hotel, the first Kentucky hotel restaurant to receive the AAA Five Diamond Restaurant Rating.
We are thrilled to have Chef Roney come to Saratoga Springs during the track season to be our next guest chef in the Rascal + Thorn Dinner Series, and super-excited to be holding it at the Saratoga Polo Association.
We are very excited to have Michter’s Distillery involved in this event. Michter’s Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky, is a premium spirits maker of Bourbon and Rye whiskies. We recently visited with them on our last Kentucky Bourbon Trail Tour in May of this year.
Chef Roney will be pairing each of his courses with different whiskeys, cocktails and wines from the Michter’s Distillery portfolio.
$200 per person (includes a charitable contribution to Pitney Meadows Community Farm)
One Seating: 7:30pm
Cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres will start at 7:30pm. Multi-course dinner with all pairings will begin at 8pm.
