Such a pleasure to reconnect with one of our favorite chefs today @stonebarns for their #chefinresidence program. The wonderfully talented and ever amazing @victoriablamey was at the pass, creating sensational food inspired by the long and pristine Chilean coast. Keep your eyes and ears open as we resume our gastronomic and whisk(e)y tours starting this fall!

Each of them runs a solo restaurant kitchen. We will be discussing various aspects of what goes into that.
