Epic Hokkaido Skiing

Hokkaido is known for its great skiing season. A typical month in January gets at least 24 days of snow. This sets our group up for an epic run of skiing in February. 4 days at the Niseko Resort and 3 days at the Hakuba Valley Ski Resort near Nagano back on the mainland.

We will stay close to the resorts and have access to the slopes, great food and drink, and the wonderful Japanese hospitality.

Distillery Visits

On our days off when not skiing, we will have the opportunity to visit two of the best Japanese whisky distilleries.

Before our journey up to Hokkaido, we will have a couple of nights in Tokyo to get adjusted to the time and also visit Chichibu. Once in Hokkaido, on our off non-ski day, we will go and visit the famous Yoichi Distillery.

Whisky Bars & Excursions

Japan is known for its great whisky bars. We will make sure to visit some of these while in Tokyo and then search for some great ones in Hokkaido as well.

Other possible excursions will include the local hot springs, some dining treats and cultural visits around our skiing resorts.
