9 Maple Ave, a jazz bar in Saratoga Springs, NY, is celebrating its 30th Anniversary in 2020. Being the jazz lovers that they are, the celebration will take place in New Orleans during the New Orleans Jazz Fest. This will be a special opportunity to attend one of the largest jazz events in the world.

Our group will spend four nights in New Orleans and attend three full days at the Jazz Fest. We will have time to explore this great city as well and drink and dine at some of its great establishments.

Great Food

New Orleans is home to some of the best dining in the USA. Included in this 4-night stay are two group dinners. No better way to end a great day of jazz.

As well as food, we will check out some of the great watering holes throughout the city and catch even more live music at night. As long as we are still standing…

Group Travel

Yes, you could travel on your own to New Orleans whenever you want. But to travel with a group, and a group of 9 Maple family, will make for a very special time! And it’s a celebration of 30 years of Saratoga history.

Itinerary

Thursday – Arrive in New Orleans for a 4-night stay. Welcome cocktail reception in the French Quarter.

Friday – Full day at the New Orleans Jazz Fest. Group dinner in the evening.

Saturday – Full day at the New Orleans Jazz Fest. Evening free.

Sunday – Full day at the New Orleans Jazz Fest. Group dinner in the evening.

Monday – Departure from New Orleans.

Accomodations

We select the best hotel for the group in New Orleans with walking access to restaurants and local attractions.

$1595 USD Per Person

$100 off if deposit is received before Dec 15th, 2019.

A deposit of $395 is due to secure a place on the trip. Reservations are taken on a first-come / first-serve basis.

The $1595 price per person is based on double occupancy, two people sharing a room.  If you are a single and are ok with sharing a room, then the price does not change.  If you are a single and want your own room, then there is a single supplement of $600. These rooms are not cheap, so this single supplement extra just covers the room cost.

Final payment is due 60 days prior to the start of the tour.
