This special weekend features the ‘Make It Nice’ group of restaurants led by Chefs Daniel Humm and Will Guidara.  Restaurants include The NoMad, Made Nice and a special last menu at Eleven Madison Park before they undergo renovations and close for the summer.

Cocktail Workshop

This Rascal + Thorn weekend will include a great cocktail workshop at the NoMad bar.  Leo Robitschek and LJ Sconzo will lead this Manhattan cocktail workshop where guests will be able to make their own version of the classic Manhattan.

Market Visit

During the morning on Saturday we will visit the Union Square Greenmarket to see the variety of products available in the New York City area.

    Such a pleasure to reconnect with one of our favorite chefs today @stonebarns for their #chefinresidence program. The wonderfully talented and ever amazing @victoriablamey was at the pass, creating sensational food inspired by the long and pristine Chilean coast. Keep your eyes and ears open as we resume our gastronomic and whisk(e)y tours starting this fall!
    A huge congratulations to our great friend and Mexico City collaborator, @sofcort who was just named “Latin America’s Best Pastry Chef” for 2020 by @theworlds50best . Her immense talent is only exceeded by her wonderful personality and charm.


Congratulations also to to her original mentor, the brilliant @enriqueolveraf , who recognized her talents early on and put her in a position to grow and excel!


We can’t wait to get back to Mexico to see you and to work with you both again!
