Unique Excursions
Excursions in Oaxaca include market visits, cooking workshops, indigenous crafts and many other historical visits. The area is known for its variety of activities and opportunities for hands-on experiences.
We will work with local chefs and food industry personnel to enjoy excursions that are focused on the local cuisine and product.
Mezcal
As Mezcal becomes more popular for cocktails in the United States, the production of craft Mezcals has become an important part of the local Oaxacan industry. We will make visits to several of these different artisans to understand how their process is different from the mass-produced product.
