Chef Oswaldo Oliva
We are very excited to welcome Chef Oswaldo Oliva back to New York!
Chef Oliva worked at three Michelin star restaurant El Celler de Can Roca (Girona) with the Roca brothers. Later, he joined Andoni Luis Aduriz’s team directing the research kitchen at two Michelin star restaurant Mugaritz (San Sebastián). After a decade away from his homeland, Chef Oliva returned to Mexico City and opened Lorea with the goal of providing an extraordinary experience. Lorea has been most recently featured on the OAD North American top 100 restaurants list.
In a pursuit to diversify his culinary reach, he opened the more casual Alelí rooftop restaurant. Drawing inspiration from his memorable trip to Saratoga Springs, NY, this eatery is celebrated for its live fire cooking.
Deer Mountain Inn
The dinner party will take place at Deer Mountain Inn. In the hills above Tannersville, NY in the Great Northern Catskills, Deer Mountain Inn is a classic turn-of-the-century construction featuring six stunning rooms and a complete, rustic, upstate dining experience. The 168 wooded acres offer stunning views of the Catskills and an enchanting environment to relax, explore, and recharge.
Very limited seatings will be at 5:30pm and 8:30pm on Wednesday, September 27, 2023.
