Friday's tour day was packed!! Here was the itinerary and some highlight photos. Independent Stave Cooperage Tour Preservation Distillery Tour & Tasting Lunch at Bardstown Bourbon Co Bardstown Bourbon Co Tour, Tasting, Whiskey thieving and special visit in Dusty Bottle room Quick stops at Heaven Hill, Willett, and Jim Beam. Michters Fort Nelson Tour and special tasting followed by cocktails upstairs. Phew!! But we made it!! One of the best spots to start the day is at the Castle! Castle & Key of course. Such a beautiful Distillery that combines modern elegance with old school architecture. So excited for their new Bourbon releases and their Rye keeps getting better! The history is fascinating, but their attention to detail and quality spirit is top notch. ...... Sweet Mash Low Barrel Entry Proof Great Single Barrel Bourbon and Rye ...... A fantastic tour, delicious tastes and great people. It's been so exciting to watch their progress over the years.
