Rascal + Thorn was created by Dr. John Sconzo and Charles Grabitzky at the end of 2017. Its mission is to provide a great gastronomic experience whether locally here in the Capital Region of New York or while traveling around the world.

It’s all about the experience! In Barcelona this summer we had the most incredible trip of dissecting the world of elBulli. From visiting great restaurants to meeting chefs and Ferran himself, it was a week experience to never forget.

A huge congratulations to our great friend and Mexico City collaborator, @sofcort who was just named “Latin America’s Best Pastry Chef” for 2020 by @theworlds50best . Her immense talent is only exceeded by her wonderful personality and charm.
